Noodweer in Noord Spanje. Codes oranje en rood, wegwezen dus. Op de vlucht krijgen we nog een staartje mee van de neerslag, in de vorm van sneeuw. Fantastisch!

We kijken terug naar Pamplona, zonder rennende stieren door de straatjes. We reizen over het platteland, met zijn vervallen dorpen. Op weg naar de straatkunst in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Een sociaal project dat op bijzondere wijze de sociale cohesie in de wijken verbeterde. Inspirerend voor Nederland?
