In het dorpje Orgosolo (Sardinië) geeft de bevolking sinds de 60er jaren van de vorige eeuw uiting aan haar protest. Als stille getuigen tonen de muurschilderingen de mening over sociale onderdrukking, historische blamages en politieke misstanden. Veel schilderingen hebben hun betekenis anno 2021 nog niet verloren.
